Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Klleav is billed monthly or yearly in advance and you can cancel at any time, so we do not refund part of a month or year — your plan keeps working until the period you paid for ends. We always refund our own billing mistakes in full.

Taxes and currency
GST/HST is refunded along with the amount it was charged on. Philippine clinics are charged in pesos. Some banks add a fee for a card payment to a business outside the Philippines; that fee is the bank's, and we cannot refund it.
Discounts
Promotional discounts, such as the Founding 50 offer, reduce what you pay and have no cash value. Founding 50 applies to monthly plans only, and ends when a switch to yearly billing takes effect. They are not paid out if you cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your clinic's name and the date and amount of the charge, within 60 days of it. We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund goes back to the card that paid, and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. While a dispute is open, the charge counts as unpaid.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a refund the law gives you.
