Before you start.
- What counts as a practitioner?
- Anyone who can be given appointments: doctors, nurses, aestheticians. Front desk and admins are free and unlimited on every plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- For 30 days your clinic runs on Growth, free. If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, your clinic becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but nothing can be added or changed and online booking stops. Choose a plan and everything works again.
- How do we pay?
- By card, in pesos in the Philippines and in Canadian dollars in Canada. Payments go through Stripe; Klleav never sees your card number.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes. An owner can cancel at any time in Settings, and the plan keeps working until the end of the month or year already paid.
- Where is our data stored?
- In your region: Canadian clinics’ data in Canada, Philippine clinics’ in Singapore.
